Exchange Connectivity Operations Manager
The Role
Join a leading crypto trading firm to own the exchange onboarding process from contract signing through to go-live and ongoing support. Working across trading engineering sales and exchange partners youll ensure integrations are delivered on time tested thoroughly and maintained effectively. This is a 50% operations / 50% technical coordination role ideal for someone organised proactive and eager to deepen their understanding of crypto market infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own exchange onboarding from contract to production.
- Coordinate with trading engineering sales and exchange partners.
- Manage API configuration testing and go-live readiness.
- Track integration progress upgrades and exchange changes.
- Support technical reviews and identify blockers early.
- Maintain documentation and ongoing exchange relationships.
Requirements
- 2 years in crypto trading exchanges or digital asset infrastructure.
- Understanding of REST/WebSocket APIs exchange connectivity and testing.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable reading API documentation and assessing integrations.
- Organised proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with exchange integrations FIX Jira/Notion/Linear.
- Knowledge of CEX/DEX infrastructure.
- Basic Python or scripting experience.
