Im working with an established recruitment business with a proven Engineering market that is looking to add an experienced 360 Engineering Recruiter / Lead Consultant to its team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established market with particular focus on Electrical Engineering or Embedded Engineering while developing long-term relationships across the US market.

Youll be working across an established specialist Engineering market with the flexibility to develop your own client and candidate network.

Key areas include:

• Electrical Engineering
• Embedded Engineering
• Electronics
• Software / Firmware
• Controls & Automation
• Hardware Engineering
• Technical Engineering

Were interested in speaking with recruiters who have:

Proven 360 recruitment experience
Experience recruiting within Electrical or Embedded Engineering ideally
An established client or candidate network
Strong BD and account management skills
A proven billing track record
Commercial drive and ambition
The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
Ideally someone operating at Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant level

Up to 40000 Basic Salary (DOE)

The role is focused on the US East Coast so you must be comfortable working 12pm 10pm UK time.
