As Facilities Manager youll oversee the smooth operation of the schools buildings and grounds ensuring the site remains safe compliant and well maintained.
Responsibilities include:
Managing planned and reactive maintenance
Supervising contractors and external suppliers
Leading health and safety and statutory compliance
Monitoring site security and access
Supporting improvement and refurbishment projects
Managing facilities budgets and ensuring value for money
Were looking for someone who is organised practical and confident managing a busy site. Previous facilities estates premises or site management experience is essential ideally within a school or similar environment.
