Location: Reading Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days remote

Salary: Up to 60000 DPE commission

Were looking for an experienced 360 Contract Recruitment Team Lead to take ownership of a US contract desk while helping drive the performance and development of the wider team.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who still enjoys billing winning business and being involved in the full 360 recruitment process.

Youll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a US contract recruitment desk
• Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
• Managing key client relationships
• Candidate generation and delivery
• Supporting and mentoring recruiters
• Driving commercial performance and activity
• Leading from the front as a biller

Were looking for:

• Strong 360 contract recruitment experience
• US recruitment experience
• Previous leadership/team lead experience
• Proven billing and BD track record
• Commercially driven approach
• Someone who enjoys developing people as well as their own desk

Up to 60k basic DPE commission
