Bradley David Associates is working with leading import export business on the look for an experienced and motivated LCL Export Coordinator to join our growing freight forwarding team.
Monday to Friday 9-5:15
This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of LCL exports and consolidation particularly within the Caribbean and South America trade lanes. You will be responsible for managing shipments from quotation through to completion while providing excellent customer service and ensuring all documentation and customs requirements are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities
Preparing and sending freight quotations to clients
Managing customer accounts and day-to-day communication
Coordinating LCL export shipments to the Caribbean & South America
Ensuring shipping documentation is accurate and completed on time
Handling customs formalities and compliance requirements
Liaising with overseas agents carriers and internal teams
Tracking shipments and resolving operational issues where required
Strong knowledge of LCL consolidation and export operations
Understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedures
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple shipments
Caribbean/South America trade lane experience advantageous

Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs brokerage operations. Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations import processes and trade compliance. Previous experience supervising or mentoring entry writers is highly preferred. Active U.S. Customs Broker License strongly preferred. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
