Whatyoulldo asa Lawyer:
Provideday-to-day commercial legal advicetooperationsin the UKIrelandand Nordics partnering closely with sales engineering and project teams.
Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (including MSAs frameworks and major project agreements).
Support complex projects including construction infrastructure and energy/EPC work
Enable the business by taking a practicalsolutions-led approach to risk and contract management.
Work cross-functionally to support growth helping teams deliver commercially sound outcomes.
You are:
A qualified lawyer (5 PQE or equivalent experience) with strong commercial contracting skills
Commercially minded pragmatic and solutions-oriented with a can-do mindset
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced evolving environment and adapting to new areas of work
A team playerand down-to-earth able to build relationships across all levels of the business
Experience in construction infrastructure energy or related sectors.
