Whatyoulldo asa Lawyer:

  • Provideday-to-day commercial legal advicetooperationsin the UKIrelandand Nordics partnering closely with sales engineering and project teams.

  • Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (including MSAs frameworks and major project agreements).

  • Support complex projects including construction infrastructure and energy/EPC work

  • Enable the business by taking a practicalsolutions-led approach to risk and contract management.

  • Work cross-functionally to support growth helping teams deliver commercially sound outcomes.

You are:

  • A qualified lawyer (5 PQE or equivalent experience) with strong commercial contracting skills

  • Commercially minded pragmatic and solutions-oriented with a can-do mindset

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced evolving environment and adapting to new areas of work

  • A team playerand down-to-earth able to build relationships across all levels of the business

  • Experience in construction infrastructure energy or related sectors.
