About us

Part of Iconic Hotels and Resorts The Lensbury is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club a 156 bedroom hotel meeting and events space restaurant and bar Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating the washing and drying machines
• Organisation of linen including storage folding and ironing as necessary.
• General cleaning duties in the laundry washing floors and general tidying.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the Housekeeping department
• Good Health & Safety awareness training will be given in chemical requirements.

What we are looking for

• Manual handling is a key requirement of the role.
• Must have working knowledge of laundry
• Previous experience of working with laundry presses is an advantage.
• Good Health & Safety knowledge in chemical use and general risk awareness
• Reliable and good timekeeper with excellent teamwork
