Weekend Laundry Assistant

Location: Patcham Nursing Home Brighton
Salary: 13.45 per hour (weekend rate)
Hours: 14 hours per week Saturdays & Sundays ( 08:00 - 15:00 or 09:00 - 16:00)

What youll be doing

• Washing drying ironing and folding residents clothing and household linen
• Ensuring all laundry is correctly labelled and returned to the right resident
• Keeping the laundry area clean organised and well maintained
• Working closely with the care team to support residents individual needs
• Following infection control COSHH and health & safety procedures at all times

What were looking for

• Reliable and organised with a good eye for detail
• Able to work independently and manage your workload
• Caring respectful and committed to maintaining residents dignity
• Previous laundry or care home experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided
