• Manage Workflow: Supervise daily print production schedule jobs and track project milestones from pre-press to final delivery.
• Operate Equipment: Run and maintain large-format roll printers laminators plotters and digital cutters.
• Handle Finishing: Oversee hands-on finishing tasks including trimming mounting laminating hemming and grommeting.
• Quality Control: Inspect output for color accuracy alignment and physical defects.
• Inventory Control: Track stocks of substrates inks and finishing materials coordinating reorders with suppliers.
• Lead Team: Train mentor and supervise print operators and installation technicians.

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in large-format digital printing sign-making or a related graphic production environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop) and RIP software (such as ONYX Caldera VersaWorks or Fiery).
• Deep familiarity with diverse substrates (vinyl mesh foam board acrylic banner fabric) and their applications.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy rolls or materials (up to 40 lbs).
• Strong time management problem-solving under tight deadlines and clear communication with sales and install teams
