We are seeking an energetic and passionate Ladies Fashion Sales Consultant to join a dynamic retail this role you will be providing exceptional customer service while showcasing the latest in womens fashion.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their style preferences and needs
• Assist clients in selecting fashionable ladies apparel accessories and footwear that suit their individual tastes
• Provide detailed product information including fabric details sizing and styling tips to enhance customer experience
• Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain attractive visual displays through effective merchandising techniques to highlight new arrivals and seasonal collections
• Manage stock levels on the sales floor restock items as needed and ensure the store remains organised and inviting
• Cashing up at the end of day.
• Helping in other departments when needed.
• Sales administration.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales and an interest in fashion.
• Good communication skills with the ability to connect with our customers and understand their needs
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and using cash register
• Excellent organisational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and well-presented
• Confident and enthusiastic.
