Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality engaging Mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3/KS4).
Create a positive structured learning environment where students feel confident tackling complex problem-solving.
Assess track and report on student progress effectively using data to inform interventions and maximize GCSE outcomes.
Differentiate learning resources to stretch high-attaining pupils while robustly supporting students with lower prior attainment.
Contribute to the wider school community participating in departmental meetings parents evenings and continuous professional development (CPD).
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
A strong degree in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.
Proven ability to raise attainment and inspire engagement across all secondary age groups.
Excellent communication skills organizational abilities and a collaborative team-player mentality.
