• Wash dishes utensils and kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashers ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces countertops and food preparation areas to maintain a hygienic and organized workspace
• Empty rubbish bins and manage proper disposal of waste materials in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks including peeling chopping and slicing ingredients
• Receive store and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients maintaining accurate inventory records
• Perform routine maintenance checks on kitchen equipment to ensure everything is in good working order
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety protocols reporting any concerns or hazards to management
• Support the kitchen team in a collaborative manner responding promptly to requests and adapting to changing priorities
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive kitchen environment through effective communication and teamwork

Qualifications :

• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods throughout your shift
