Key Responsibilities:

Leading the kitchen and back-of-house team to success
Place orders and managing stock effectively
Working closely with the General Manager to support training and development within the team
Ensuring all company procedures food safety standards and policies and consistently followed
Driving high standards of food quality cleanliness and operational excellence

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a Kitchen Leader or Team Leader
