Kindergarten Lead Teacher

Greenwich Waldorf School are seeking to appoint a reflective and enthusiastic Kindergarten Lead Teacher who is inspired by Steiner Waldorf education.

We are an independent school with a dynamic progressive and contemporary Waldorf curriculum for pupils aged 3-18.

Job Summary

The primary focus of the Kindergarten Lead Teacher is to lead and nurture a kindergarten group of young children in accordance with Steiner-Waldorf pedagogy child development principles and the schools curriculum guidelines. The Kindergarten Lead Teacher creates a warm rhythmic and nurturing environment in which young children can develop physically emotionally socially and creatively through play imitation movement practical activity storytelling and artistic experience.
