We require an ambitious highly skilled Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to deliver high-quality primary education across Year 1 or Year 2. • Early Literacy & Phonics Mastery: Implement robust phonics programmes (such as Little Wandle or Read Write Inc.) with absolute consistency to ensure comprehensive reading mechanics and vocabulary acquisition.

• Numerical Fluency Foundations: Guide pupils systematically through early mathematical concepts abstract reasoning and concrete-pictorial-abstract approaches to secure solid numeracy skills.

• Academic Progress Monitoring: Execute rigorous formative assessment strategies tracking pupil milestones closely to design sharp targeted small-group interventions that close learning gaps early.
