Key Account Executive
Location: Chesterfield (Hybrid after training)
Salary: Up to 30000 per annum commission bonus
Talentmark is looking for a Key Account Executive to join our successful STEM-focused recruitment business based in Chesterfield.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 12 years recruitment experience who is looking to develop their career within a specialist consultancy. Experience in the STEM sectors would be beneficial but it isnt essential were looking for the right person with the right attitude and well provide the industry knowledge and training.

- Sourcing high-quality contract candidates for key client vacancies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors throughout their assignments.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
- Presenting well-qualified thoroughly briefed candidates through client applicant tracking systems.
- Delivering a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Up to 30000 basic salary plus commission and bonus
- Clear opportunities for career progression.
