The Role

The Premises Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school site ensuring the buildings and grounds remain safe secure compliant and maintained to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the security of the school site

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs

  • Overseeing health and safety compliance

  • Coordinating contractors and planned maintenance

  • Monitoring building compliance and statutory checks

  • Ensuring the school remains clean safe and welcoming

  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the premises

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within school premises facilities management site management or caretaking.

The school is looking for someone who is practical organised proactive and confident working independently while managing a varied workload. A good understanding of health and safety procedures alongside a commitment to maintaining high standards will be essential.
