As Facilities Manager you will oversee the management maintenance safety and security of the school site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the premises

• Overseeing maintenance and site contractors

• Ensuring health and safety compliance

• Supporting site improvement projects

• Monitoring premises budgets and expenditure

• Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff students and visitors

The school is looking for someone with previous facilities premises estates or site management experience who is organised proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
