Junior Workforce Solutions Specialist

Were looking for a Junior Workforce Solutions Specialist to support critical workforce management systems including UKG Kronos SAP ECP Payroll and Access Control platforms.

What Youll Do

• Provide first and secondline support for Kronos SAP Payroll and Access Control systems
• Manage incidents service requests and access requests through the Service Desk
• Monitor and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
• Support user administration data updates and system maintenance
• Assist with reporting data analysis and issue investigation
• Support system upgrades testing implementations and change initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements and service delivery enhancements

What Youll Bring

• Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems
• Strong customer service and Service Desk experience
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Good Excel skills including lookups pivots and data validation

Desirable:

• Experience with UKG Kronos
• Exposure to SAP Payroll / SAP ECP
• Knowledge of HR Payroll or Workforce Management processes
• Experience supporting Access Control systems
