Job Summary

Tasks
- Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients
- Own the full contract recruitment lifecycle
- Win and grow new client accounts
- Help us scale by collaborating with the team to improve how we work and take our product to the next level - through working alongside and developing our use of AI
Requirements
- 1-3 years recruitment experience
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver roles endtoend (experience can be from either permanent or contract recruitment)
- Able to demonstrate results in this space and quantify performance with numbers
- Knowledge or interest within consulting skillsets
- Strong business development ability/potential
- A team player who is interested in growing a business
- Has a natural interest and curiosity in Technology & AI
