Junior Producer

Entain Creative is our in-house creative agency bringing marketing and communications briefs to life through innovative high-performing content. As our creative output continues to grow were looking for a Junior Producer who can confidently coordinate integrated campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery.

This role is a 12 month maternity cover role on a fixed term basis.

The Junior Producer will work closely with report into the Senior Producer and the Head of Production to deliver campaigns across multiple media channels. This is a hands-on role combining stakeholder management budgeting production planning post-production and shoot delivery. Youll be trusted to keep projects moving manage changing requirements and bring together internal teams agencies and specialist suppliers.

What youll do

The Junior Producer will:

• Manage integrated projects from initial brief through production post-production delivery and budget reconciliation.
• Create project plans estimates scopes of work budgets and timelines clearly communicating the impact of any changes.
• Produce campaign assets across TV digital OOH CRM performance marketing and social channels.
• Coordinate internal teams external agencies crew and third-party suppliers to deliver work on time and within budget.
• Manage stakeholder feedback approvals asset licensing and final delivery requirements.

Qualifications :

What were looking for

The role requires:

• Production and post-production experience at Producer level gained within an advertising agency production company or in-house creative team.
• Strong knowledge of post-production design-led assets and the planning and delivery of shoots.
• An understanding of TVC and digital production media management technical specifications and design and audio workflows.
• Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships and manage expectations.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage several complex projects at once.

Experience across both agency and in-house environments would be beneficial. An interest in horse racing sports betting or gaming would also be useful although it is not essential. Occasional UK and international travel may be required.
