The role will suit a junior family solicitor in this specialised field and our client is open to candidates with c 2 years Experience

There is a genuine opportunity to work on current cases and bring in new business when available. The prospects are genuinely great and it is anticipated the right candidate could soon run the department as a Head and have a team to work with as opportunities continue to come in.

This role involves supporting senior solicitors in the department and running daily administrative tasks for the team.

Requirements

Resolve financial matters for divorcing or separating couples.

Make suitable arrangements for children following relationship breakdown.

Advise on areas of wealth protection.

Provide guidance on cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements.

Resolve Cohabitation disputes.
