Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Accounts Payable Manager youll manage outgoing transactions across our APAC region and forge relationships with our vendors and suppliers. Youll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records regarding payments to suppliers handling their queries and improving department processes.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in finance. While previous finance experience is a bonus we will provide hands-on training. Working to structured twice-monthly review cycles you will have a supportive environment to master the core fundamentals.

Please note that this position will begin as a six-month full-time fixed-term role; but there is potential to extend it beyond the initial six months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all documentation from suppliers and creditors and expense employees are monitored effectively processed and paid on time.

• Manage the data throughput in the department to ensure that purchase orders are managed and processed efficiently.

• Reconcile supplier statements and other balance sheet data on a monthly basis.

• Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox including ServiceNow AP ticketing system.

• Build and maintain relationships with employees vendors and clients.

• Help with weekly and monthly cash forecasting.

• Support ongoing initiatives to standardise simplify and automate financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or masters degree in accounting finance or a related field.

• Knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures.

• Some experience analysing information and processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Familiarity with bookkeeping software or Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

• Commitment to ethical behaviour with adherence to company policies and relevant financial regulations.

• You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
