Job Summary
Are you an experienced School Caretaker looking for a long-term opportunity where youll be supported valued and given the chance to secure a permanent position
Were working with a group of welcoming primary schools in Fulham that are looking to appoint a Caretaker on a full-time long-term agency contract. The role is expected to last around 6 months with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Youll be based at one primary school during term time with occasional cover at nearby schools within the trust during the holidaysall within walking distance.

Youll play an important role in ensuring the school remains safe well maintained and ready for pupils and staff each day.
Responsibilities include:
General maintenance and basic DIY
Routine health and safety checks
Supporting contractors and reporting maintenance issues
Maintaining the school buildings and grounds
Using technology to manage maintenance requests and complete compliance records
Assisting across nearby schools within the trust during holiday periods
Please note: This role does not involve opening or locking the school.
Location: Fulham
Contract: Full-time long-term agency contract (initially around 6 months). A permanent contract may be offered to the right candidate.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:00pm
Lunch: 30 or 60-minute unpaid break
Start Date: ASAP
To be considered you must have previous experience working within a school environment as a Caretaker Site Manager Premises Officer or similar.
Youll be practical reliable confident using technology and happy working in an older Victorian school building that includes multiple staircases.
