As Facilities Manager youll be responsible for ensuring the school buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standards providing a safe secure and welcoming environment for pupils staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing planned and reactive maintenance

• Coordinating contractors and specialist service providers

• Leading health and safety and statutory compliance

• Overseeing site security and access

• Supporting facilities improvement projects

• Managing budgets and ensuring effective use of resources

The school is looking for someone with previous facilities estates or premises management experience who enjoys taking ownership and delivering high standards across a busy site.
