A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Job Running Architectural Technologist to join their Birmingham team. The practice delivers a range of high-quality residential and commercial projects offering the opportunity to take ownership of schemes from planning through to completion.

This role is ideal for a confident Job Running Architectural Technologist who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working closely with clients consultants and contractors to deliver successful outcomes. Youll have the opportunity to manage schemes from technical design through to completion playing a key role in the continued success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architectural Technologist role:
Lead the technical delivery of residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages
Produce and coordinate technical drawings specifications and construction information
Manage projects through technical design and construction ensuring programme quality and budget objectives are achieved
Liaise with clients consultants contractors and local authorities throughout project delivery
Attend and lead design team meetings site meetings and site inspections as required
Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations planning requirements and industry standards
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery
Utilise Revit to produce and manage project information

Requirements for this Job Running Architectural Technologist role:
Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist with responsibility for running projects independently
Experience delivering residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations construction detailing and technical delivery
Excellent project management and coordination skills
Confident liaising with clients consultants and contractors
Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
