A busy school in Chelmsford Hertfordshire is looking for an enthusiastic IT Technician to provide technical support across the school.
The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software problems support classroom technology and assist staff and students with everyday technical issues.
The role will involve:
Providing first-line IT support
Troubleshooting computers and laptops
Supporting interactive displays and classroom technology
Setting up devices
Maintaining IT equipment
Assisting with user accounts
Supporting software updates
Responding to helpdesk requests
Assisting with wider IT projects
