Our client is currently looking for a reliable and technically confident IT Technician to join a friendly and supportive school environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with strong technical skills and a passion for supporting staff and students. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the schools IT systems hardware and networks operate effectively on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing first line and second-line technical support to staff and students.

• Troubleshooting hardware software network and connectivity issues.

• Installing configuring and maintaining computers laptops printers and other IT equipment.

• Supporting users with Microsoft 365 Windows and other school-based software systems.

• Managing user accounts passwords and access permissions.

• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology including interactive displays and AV equipment
