Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Rochford District Council in recruiting an IT Support Officer on a full-time temporary basis.

Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will be required to work on-site only.

Working Location: Launchpad Airport Business Park Cherry Orchard Way Rochford SS4 1YH

Working Pattern: Monday-Thursday; 08:30am-17:00pm / Friday: 08:30am-16:30pm

The Technical Officer will be working with Technical Analyst to provide the first line and first-class Technical Service Desk using great customer skills that is supported with technical knowledge you will be a key part of the delivery of our Digital Data and Technology services.

The work will be a variety of support tasks hardware commissioning and decommissioning and general IT Support

Knowledge of Microsoft technologies required and ITIL would be advantageous.
