Who Were Looking For:

• Proven experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory Intune and modern cloud services.
• Experience with webserver management (IIS or similar).
• Familiarity with Power Automate (or other workflow automation tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to support staff at all levels.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Storm Aviations UK sites.
• A flexible proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Desirable Certifications

(Not essential but an advantage)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent knowledge of IT service management)

Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. As this role involves visits to airport airside environments successful candidates will also be required to pass a DBS check to meet airside pass requirements.
