IT Project Support Officer.

Salary:32100 per annum pro rata.

Location:Remote must be based in the UK

Contract/Hours:Fixed Term Contract for 6 months Part-time (working 21 hours a week).

A bit about the role

We are looking for an IT Project Support Officer to support for six months on our Oracle Stabilisation Programme. This is a part-time role of 21 hours per week; we can be flexible with how that time is arranged.

Youll support the Programme and the leads within this by maintaining project frameworks plans records reports RAID logs and dashboards while helping project teams stay on track.

What youll do

  • Support project documentation most notably documentation used in Audit procedures such as PIDs action logs minutes task completion tracking.

  • Prepare reports dashboards and RAID logs for monthly governance boards and support with preparation of monthly sponsor updates.

  • Coordinate meetings boards communications and stakeholder relationships.

  • Support project closure lessons learned and continuous improvement.

What were looking for

Youll have experience supporting programmes or projects in a fast-paced IT environment strong planning and communication skills and confidence using tools such as Copilot Word Excel Visio SharePoint and Outlook. Experience of using Mission Control project management tool is advantageous but not essential. support Oracle project is advantageous butProject management qualifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation AgilePM ITIL Foundation or P3O would be valuable.
