What You Can Expect:

The Senior Consultant has direct client-facing engagement responsibilities. Serving as both role model and trainer the Senior Consultantdemonstratesthe attributes of excellent client service andassiststeam members in developing technical and professional competency. The Senior Consultant learns toidentifyareas of risk and opportunities to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing documentingevaluatingand testing operational controls in a wide range of environments

• Leveraging enabling technology tools like AItoinan appropriate mannerto deliver work effectively

• Communicating control strengths and weaknesses to the client or internal audit engagement team and developing effective solutions

• Ensuringtimelycompletion of assigned project phases

• Developing andmaintainingeffective client relationships

• Applying Protiviti policies andproficiencyin Protiviti methodologies

• Applying andunderstandingofbusiness processes and technical skills to successful completion of project assignments

• Developing an understanding of project requirements and clients business

• Supervising and training project personnel

• Preparing project reports on findings and recommendations to senior management

Do Your Talents Include the Following

• Understanding of internal control concepts (COSO COBIT)and IIA standards

• Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies including flowcharting

• Technical IT assurance experience of the following

• -IT General Controls
• -Cyber and security controls
• -Cloud configuration and assurance experience
• -Agile/ DevOps development controls

• Understanding and practical application of data analytics and enabling technology tools includingAI with an awareness of AI governance principles; familiarity with data governance would be beneficial but is not essential

• Knowledge of emerging technology risk

• IT Effectiveness Reviews assessing IT strategy IT governance operatingeffectivenessand measurement of performance.

• Prior project management and supervisory skillswould be an advantage

• Interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships

• Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics

• Abilityto handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner

• Abilitytomaintainprofessional demeanor in times of high stress

• Proficientin Microsoft Office applications.

Our WorkplaceandEmployment Process

Protiviti practices a hybridwordingmodelwith a minimum of two days per weekin theofficecombinationof working inperson withpurpose andworkingremotely andis primarily dependent upon the needs of our client.The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client project team and other business factors.
