Job Summary

Talentmark are recruiting for an IT Field Technician to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals clinics and homes on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is site based in Swindon.

Salary:
17.43 per hour PAYE.

IT Field Technician Role:
  • Give hands-on IT support to staff fixing hardware software and basic network issues.
  • Set up install and maintain IT equipment across the site
  • Keep IT stock levels topped up and order new equipment when needed.
  • Log all issues and fixes clearly so problems can be tracked and improved.
  • Pass on more complex problems to senior IT staff when needed.
  • Work with local vendors on things like cabling printers and equipment disposal.
Your Background:
  • A diploma in IT Computer Science or a related subject.
  • At least 4 years hands-on IT support experience.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA MCP or MCSE are a plus.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines.
  • A helpful flexible attitude and strong communication skills.
