As IT Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel technology systems supporting both operational teams and the guest experience. You will troubleshoot technical issues maintain hardware and software systems and provide timely support to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations. This role is ideal for a proactive and solutionfocused individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about delivering reliable and efficient IT support within a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daytoday IT support across the hotel troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Diagnose and resolve system errors technical malfunctions and connectivity issues
  • Maintain and support IT infrastructure including computers printers networks and peripheral equipment
  • Install configure and upgrade hardware and software systems as required
  • Support telecommunication systems and ensure seamless connectivity across the property
  • Liaise with external vendors or technicians for advanced technical issues and repairs
  • Monitor and maintain system performance ensuring reliability and security at all times
  • Assist with the management of user accounts access controls and system permissions
  • Support hotel systems including Property Management Systems (PMS) Point of Sale (POS) and network applications
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities issues and resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection procedures
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues across departments
  • Identify and report potential risks faults or opportunities for system improvements
  • Follow all company health safety and security procedures

Core Competencies

  • Previous experience in IT support or a technical role preferably within a luxury hotel environment
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware software networking and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive and solutionfocused approach
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters clearly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • A collaborative mindset supporting various departments across the hotel
  • High level of integrity and awareness of IT security and data protection standards
  • Professional presentation and a commitment to service excellence
  • Physical capability to meet the operational demands of the role
