Were working exclusively with a high-growth recruitment business thats investing heavily in its future and is looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager / Team Lead to become one of the most influential hires in the business.

This is far more than a billing manager position. Youll be responsible for leading from the front developing consultants driving growth and helping shape the future direction of a rapidly expanding technology recruitment business.

Build and lead a high-performing Technology recruitment team

Develop a contract strategy across Software Engineering Data & AI and GTM markets

Recruit mentor and develop future consultants

Work alongside an experienced leadership team with ambitious growth plans

Opportunity to play a key role in the future success of the business

• A proven billing background within Technology Recruitment
• Previous experience leading mentoring or developing consultants
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing teams
• Someone who leads by example and enjoys building high-performance cultures

Basic salary up to 90000 DOE
