This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our clients.


Key Responsibilities

Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as an experienced change practitioner to:

Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans

Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard

Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated engaged connected able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles

Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers

Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management for both traditional and Agile deliveries

Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of the business

Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change


Experience & Skills Required

Candidates must have S4/SAP Change experience in O&G Industry
