Job Summary
Reporting into the IT function you will be instrumental in the successful implementation maintenance security and ongoing development of our digital systems. From system set-up and configuration to testing reporting user access management and issue resolution youll ensure our systems remain reliable secure and fit for purpose.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across IT HR Payroll Finance Business Insight and operational teams as well as external suppliers you will help drive system improvements streamline processes and enhance the user experience. Youll provide expert day-to-day support troubleshoot technical issues identify opportunities for automation and innovation and contribute to projects that maximise the value of ECLs digital investments.

- Solid experience of providing administrative technical reporting or systems support within an IT business systems HR systems payroll or corporate systems environment.
- Experience of supporting the implementation maintenance administration reporting or improvement of business systems HR systems payroll systems or other enterprise applications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate system issues identify root causes and help implement practical solutions.
- Understanding of change control and service desk processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain system processes clearly to different audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Knowledge of Power BI Power Automate SharePoint SQL APIs/integrations SFTP reporting tools or workflow systems.
- Experience of systems testing data migration user acceptance testing system configuration integrations access management or report development.
- Knowledge of IT service management principles information governance cyber security awareness business systems administration or HR/payroll systems would be desirable.
