Were looking for an Investor Services Officer to join FNZs Investment Operations team in this role youll support the delivery of high-quality client service through accurate and timely processing of investor transactions responding to client inquiries and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.

What youll be doing:

The role requires a strong attention to detail the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Transaction Processing

• Accurately process work items within allocated timescales.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures regulatory standards and client service level agreements (SLAs).

• Conduct thorough checks to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.

Client Communication

• Draft and respond to client emails in a clear professional and timely manner.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing consistent high-quality service.

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve client queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Quality and Control

• Maintain strong attention to detail when handling repetitive and high-volume tasks.

• Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.

Independent Work

• Manage assigned workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for accuracy and timeliness.

What were looking for:

Youll be proactive accurate and motivated to deliver a great service for our clients. Experience in financial services is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.

Key skills and attributes:

• Strong customer service background (retail contact centre or similar)

• Proficient in Excel and data analysis

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work accurately and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Knowledge of financial services and FCA regulations (desirable)
