What youll be doing
In this role you will provide day-to-day leadership coaching and development of planners and seconded resources ensuring consistent performance high-quality outputs and achievement of key project milestones. Working closely with the Property Field Team Resource Manager Programme Office and a wide range of stakeholders across Retail and Support Office functions you will help coordinate workloads improve ways of working and drive continuous improvement across the planning function.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading coaching and developing a team of Property Planners.
  • Coordinating resources and workloads to meet business priorities and project milestones.
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Driving consistency efficiency and continuous improvement across planning processes.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Property Retail and Support Office teams.
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful property programmes.
  • Deputising for the Property Field Team Resource Manager when required.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)
  • Proven people management and leadership experience.
  • Strong planning organisation and workload management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • A track record of driving performance continuous improvement and team development.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and priorities.

It would be great if you also have
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in property management.
  • Stores and Operational knowledge
