Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Cladding

Our client is looking for an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team working across a range of specialist cladding and façade projects.

The successful candidate will have proven cladding experience and be comfortable managing the commercial aspects of projects while working closely with project and site teams.

• Managing the commercial aspects of cladding projects
• Monitoring project costs budgets and financial performance
• Preparing valuations applications for payment and cost reports
• Managing subcontractor accounts and variations
• Identifying and managing commercial risks
• Liaising with clients subcontractors and internal project teams
• Supporting the delivery of projects from a commercial perspective

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Cladding experience is essential
• Experience within façades building envelope or construction
• Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
