Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mechanical engineering designs and detailed drawings for building services projects.
- Collaborate with team members instruct technicians and support staff.
- Prepare reports tender packages and present concepts to clients and design professionals.
- Monitor project quality and progress assisting with budget preparation and cost-effective design solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients colleagues and other professionals.
- Maintain professional development and work towards CIBSE chartership.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
- 3 years of relevant project experience.
- Working towards Chartered Engineer Preferred
- Technically competent with a team-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Revit; experience with IES or similar software preferred.
- Knowledge of environmental assessment methods (BREEAM WELL LEED NABERS) desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for sustainable low-energy design.
