The Project

The Deloitte Intelligence Services Centre (ISC) is a growing team within the Strategic Risk Transactions Advisory practice of Deloitte UK. Established as a centre of excellence the ISC delivers incisive insights and actionable intelligence empowering Deloitte and its clients to proactively mitigate and manage risks while identifying and capitalising on emerging opportunities. The Role

We are looking for an individual who will primarily be responsible for delivering high-quality strategic operational tactical intelligence products across both public and private sector environments. The role requires a strong background in intelligence methodologies ideally gained in government law enforcement defence or a related intelligence function.

The candidate we are looking for is excellent at taking the initiative driving their own activities as well as collaborating effectively. We require an eye for detail and high-quality outputs with strong core organizational and communication skills. We are looking for someone that will help grow and develop our business leading by example with our values and integrity and impact at their core.

Essentials:

  • Experience delivering OSINT analysis/products in sensitive environments.
  • Proven ability to collect assess and synthesise all-source intelligence using robust evidential standards and technical collection tools.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence cycles intelligence requirements and structured analytical models including government and intelligence methodologies.
  • Experience in the collection of real time information and investigating the threat landscape covering online risks reputational risks identification of criminal behaviour trends early-warning indicators narrative and sentiment to help deliver insights.
  • Experience producing clear actionable intelligence products for senior stakeholders and confidently escalates high-priority issues and risks.
  • Combines strong stakeholder engagement sound judgement and a delivery focused approach enabling immediate impact on client engagements.
  • Experience in working with data and technology trends
  • Current Security clearance is required

Desirables

  • Experience identifying and countering online misinformation and disinformation narratives.
  • Ability to speak additional languages.
  • Utilising AI in OSINT and transformation
