Integrated Test Technician

Were looking for a skilled and motivated Integrated Test Technician to join our Manufacturing team where youll play a vital role in testing fault-finding and repairing advanced electro-mechanical products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong electronics experience who enjoys problem-solving working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering quality work.

What Youll Be Doing

As an Integrated Test Technician youll be responsible for testing and repairing a range of products in line with product specifications and quality standards. Youll diagnose faults down to component level and ensure all work is completed accurately efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities include:

Testing electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with product requirements

Diagnosing and repairing faults to component level using schematic diagrams

Completing production and repair activities in line with planned schedules and routing times

Accurately recording documentation and manufacturing data

Ensuring compliance with quality standards including ISO9001 and AS9100

Following company processes procedures and local operating instructions

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing practices

Maintaining a safe organised and efficient working environment through 5S principles

Ensuring test equipment and tooling are available calibrated and fit for use

Were seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive and team-focused approach.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Practical electronics experience within a test repair engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills to component level
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematic diagrams
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and manufacturing/ERP systems
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

  • Willingness to complete company training including induction and human factors training as required
