Integrated Marketing Manager, EMEAL

Were looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join the EMEAL marketing organization within LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS). The EMEAL Integrated Marketing Teamis responsible forempowering the talent acquisition audience and customer base to be more successful in their jobs accelerating revenue for LinkedIn and deepening LinkedIns relationship with key decision makers. You will lead and support regional marketing initiatives to enhance LTS brand perception deepen customer engagement and drive awareness and adoption of key products and solutions.
Youll develop marketing programs that position LTS as a trusted strategic partner ensuring customers stay informed on product launches and realize value from solutions. You will operate as a highly cross-functional partner- working closely with Product Marketing Growth Marketing Field Marketing Sales Customer Success and Insights. Youll bring a passion for developing compelling customer-centric programs and experience driving business outcomes such as perception pipeline or adoption.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute EMEAL strategic integrated marketing plans for talent development and management audiences in partnership with the EMEAL Integrated Marketing team and aligned with LinkedIns Talent Solutions global themes and business goals.
Create customer-facing marketing programs that emphasize product value and drive feature adoption utilizing cross-functional collaboration.
Localizeglobalprogramsto drive regional demand and customer engagement
Foster and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and executives to ensure effective collaboration and influence in program development.
Analyze performance and share insights and learnings with leadership and partners to help improve future marketing programs.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience AND 5 years of experience in marketing and/or business strategy
Fluency in German or French
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to integrated cross-channel marketing
Experience working across global regional programs
