Are you ready to lead change in the insurance industry At Deloitte were looking for an experienced Insurance Manager to deliver high-impact client engagements and drive transformation across the sector.

A key part of your role will be leading and supporting change initiativeshelping clients navigate complex transformations implement new operating models and embed sustainable improvements.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting transformation programmes across insurance organisations
  
• Delivering change initiatives including operating model redesign process improvement and business transformation
  
• Working across underwriting and functional teams to embed change and improve performance
  
• Partnering with clients to solve complex challenges and deliver solution-oriented outcomes
  
• Managing stakeholders and ensuring successful adoption of change initiatives
  

• Work with prestigious national and global clients addressing their most complex challenges with innovative solutions

• Strong experience within the insurance industry (General Insurance Life MGAs or hybrid insurers)
  
• Proven track record of delivering change and transformation initiatives
  
• Experience in areas such as operating model design process optimisation or large-scale business change
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• A proactive solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
