Insurance Escalator Engineer (Heathrow) Mon-Thu Nights

Location: Heathrow KONE
Hours: 40 hours Nights MondayThursday

  Holiday: 20 days bank holidays

We are looking for a VB Escalator Inspector to join our Heathrow team on a night shift pattern. This role focuses on the inspection testing and verification of escalators to ensure they meet KONE safety quality and compliance standards.

• Carry out VB inspections and testing on Lifts

• Identify defects wear and safety risks

• Ensure compliance with KONE standards and industry regulations

• Complete accurate inspection reports using KONE systems

• Work closely with service and repair teams to plan corrective actions

• Support safety audits and site procedures

• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safe working

• Experience working on Escalators in a service/inspection environment

• Good technical understanding of escalator components and safety circuits

• Ability to follow inspection processes and report clearly

• Strong focus on safety and quality

• Able to work night shifts MonThu

• Full UK driving licence and ability to meet Heathrow clearance

• 40 hour night shift pattern (MonThu)
