Role overview
Our entry-level roles provide the opportunity to develop core business skills within a professional services environment.
Responsibilities will vary depending on the team but are likely to include:
- Providing administrative support to client service or broking teams
- Maintaining and updating internal systems and records
- Preparing documentation reports and invoices
- Supporting the processing of financial transactions and payments
- Assisting with data entry and ensuring accuracy of information
- Managing queries and liaising with internal stakeholders
- Supporting wider team activity and contributing to process improvements
Full training will be provided and you will be supported in developing your technical knowledge and professional skills.
Candidate Profile
Who we are looking for
We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds who are eager to learn and develop. No prior experience in insurance is required.
Minimum requirements:
- 3 A levels or equivalent in any subject
- A minimum of grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage tasks effectively and work as part of a team
