We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of:

Product Owner Insights & Analytics

This opportunity is for a data & technology focused Product Owner to joina keyplatformwithintheCorporate and Institutional BanksData & Platform Omniais CIB andUK HKCommercial Bankings strategic tool for Client and Business Analytics. It is both a detailed data asset and an interactive suite of reporting and insights providingcommon understandingof the valueHSBCclients generate domestically and globally and informing client engagement opportunity identification and better articulation ofthe banks network through investor disclosures.

In this roleyoull:

• Takeend-to-end ownership of technology change deliveryfor a critical capability in the Omnia Insights & Analytics programme overseeingthe full delivery lifecycle fromrequirements analysis and documentation to design development deployment testingand end user commercialisation.

• Act as theprincipal face-off to keyBusiness stakeholderspartneringclosely withData and IT teamsto ensureappropriateengagementandconsideration of requirements throughout implementation.

• Deliver asuite ofstrategic data andclient insightssupportingcommercial decision-makingopportunityidentificationand enhanced client engagementacross commercial and servicing domains.

• Support implementation of theInsights & Analytics datatoolingand AI strategy.

• Monitor escalate and mitigaterisksissuesand dependencies managing delivery across a global stakeholder group.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Proventrack recorddeliveringfinancedataand technologytransformationwithin a banking environment.

• StrongProduct Ownerexperienceand end to end understanding of thefull technologydeliverylifecycle.

• Experience deliveringanalyticsinsightsand reportingcapabilities as well asstrategic data build.

• Ability to work collaboratively acrossLine of Business Function Team and Geography including strong stakeholder managementand prioritisationskills.

• High attention to detail and accuracyin delivery; proactive problem-solver comfortable with working autonomously.

• Knowledge ofHSBCclient and productdatastructuresis a strong preference (particularly in CIB and UK HK Commercial Banking).

• Domain knowledge ofClient Profitability and/or Finance reportingis preferred.

• Domain knowledge ofServicing data & analyticsis preferred.

• Experience ofAI data readiness and capability implementationis preferred.

• Experience in Qlik Sense tooling delivery is preferred.
