Inside Sales Executive Kiwa Construction Material Testing
Job Summary
This is a hybrid role based in Derby.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone email and LinkedIn
- Act as a first point of contact for inbound leads and enquiries
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and support proposal development
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity
- Produce and maintain pipeline and activity reports
- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead follow-up
- Provide insight on lead quality customer responses and market trends
- Achieve activity and performance targets including calls emails and meetings booked
- Experience and working knowledge of bids and tenders is desirable
- Experience in sales lead generation or customer-facing commercial roles
- Understanding of customer operations and Testing Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector
- Good understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
- Strong knowledge of standard offerings and pricing structures
- Willingness to support on tender submissions under the mentorship of the Senior Bid Coordinator
- Understanding of sales funnel stages and qualification frameworks (BANT or similar)
- Confident using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers via phone email and LinkedIn
- Organised with strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Self-motivated proactive and target-driven
- Ability to work collaboratively within a sales and marketing environment

- 37162.00 per annum
- Transparent commission on top of your base salary so your effort sets your earnings. This will be outlined at second stage interview

- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday remote role with travel across the UK
