As Influencer Manager UK youll:

• Manage the UK Influencer Programme focusing on onboarding building and maintaining relationships with key influencers (athletes fitness experts nutritionists and podcast hosts).
• Drive commercial performance through the influencer channel contributing to the ongoing growth of the Myprotein brand in the UK market.
• Develop and execute influencer recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Senior Influencer Manager.
• Oversee end-to-end relationship management with influencers from outreach and contract negotiation to KPI setting and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (social marketing product) to ensure successful influencer campaign activations.
• Build strong external agency relationships in the UK to identify and onboard new talent.
• Mentor junior influencer team members supporting their professional development and growth.

What skills and experience do I need for this role

• 3 years experience in relationship management or marketing roles requiring strong external communication skills.
• A passion for the fitness nutrition athleisure and health industries.
• Deep understanding of how influencers can build brand awareness drive affinity and deliver commercial value.
• Knowledge of current and emerging social platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.).
• Strong project management and organisational skills with proven ability to run successful campaigns.
• Experience working in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
• Ability to negotiate contracts set KPIs and evaluate performance effectively.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers and partners.
